Have you ever experienced a blindspot during an eye examination or in worst case in an lost sport game a ball not coming and loosing the matchpoint? There are blindspots and distortions in out thinking which might not be known to you. Or Known.. Still very difficult to decompose behaviours and habits related to these.

Cognitive biases are similar to optical illusions in that the error remains compelling even when one is fully aware of its nature. Awareness of the bias, by itself, does not produce a more accurate perception. Cognitive biases, therefore, are, exceedingly difficult to overcome.

Research shows however that not every decision by every person will be biased…

Think of Good or Great – having no bias in a decision can make the difference.
